Cpmmune development strategy created and implemented using Artificial Intelligence. The future is here.

I am training my artificial intelligence model based on GPT-4o, whose task will be to advise municipal/city authorities in making strategic decisions. First, I gave her [yes, this is her 🙂 ] to read my book entitled “Supralocal perspective of local development strategic governance based on the example of small towns”, published by the Wroclaw University of Economics and Business, in which I included my comprehensive concept of managing the development of such cities. Additionally, I gave her to read several dozen of my articles supplementing this concept. The initial, but quite good connection and understanding of it all took her a dozen or so minutes. Currently, I am conducting conversations with her explaining the details of my concept and the categories I formulated, e.g. relations of animation, valorization, suppression, depreciation, which express the key mechanisms of city development. She asks, and I explain and give examples – it’s been going on for a while… According to the training plan that she has prepared for herself, tomorrow we will finish the dictionary of concepts and interaction scenarios. Once she has sorted it all out in her “head”, we will move on to full tests of the type “what do you propose to do in such a situation of such a town” while simultaneously providing her with a data package (tables, descriptions, etc.) about this situation and this town. I expect accurate answers, because today’s preliminary tests were very promising. The answers were not groundbreaking, but very correct, and even quite creative, and as for the fact that artificial intelligence learns quickly, no one probably has any doubts anymore. You probably already understand what the probable future of strategic governance of the development of communes, cities, regions and countries is… ?

As for cities/communes, I believe that the probable future is artificial intelligence models trained for specific cities/communes, knowing them, co-creating their development strategies with the authorities and experts, supporting their implementation and improving on the basis of experience. Will there be a profession of an architect-trainer of such models? What will the creativity and conceptual subjectivity of the authorities using such models consist of? Well, it will soon become clear whether these are the right questions at all… Nevertheless, I am excited about it and I will do it

During tomorrow’s lectures on strategic governance for local and regional government authorities and top management, conducted as part of the MBA in Community Management, I will have my artificial intelligence with me. So if any of the participants would like to talk to her, I invite you. She’s not quite ready, but she probably will not embarrass me. And the graphic was created by her visualizing how she imagines what we are doing 🙂
