I learned about it while conducting strategic workshops of this city. This promotional idea came from the Youth City Council of Ostro\u0142\u0119ka <span class=\"x3nfvp2 x1j61x8r x1fcty0u xdj266r xhhsvwb xat24cr xgzva0m xxymvpz xlup9mm x1kky2od\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t57\/1.5\/16\/1f44f.png\" alt=\"\ud83d\udc4f\" width=\"16\" height=\"16\" \/><\/span>. It&#8217;s pretty good and it works (it&#8217;s even talked about abroad), but there are plenty of others as well. A good city\/commune development strategy is based not only on solving problems, such as repairing roads or building a sewage system. There must also be creative, innovative ideas and development concepts &#8211; both large, groundbreaking, and small, completing the whole. Work on the strategy is ongoing. The city has potential<span class=\"x3nfvp2 x1j61x8r x1fcty0u xdj266r xhhsvwb xat24cr xgzva0m xxymvpz xlup9mm x1kky2od\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/tc5\/1.5\/16\/1f4aa.png\" alt=\"\ud83d\udcaa\" width=\"16\" height=\"16\" \/><\/span>.
