Students of the University of Kentucky, KY, USA, studying at UK Community & Leadership Development, as part of their classes travel with their professors to distant municipalities to develop various simple projects for them.

The Polish Pismo Wspólnota Journal of Self-government 9/22 published my 5th article of “Municipal Strategic Q&A” series.

Thanks to the experience gained in working on municipal strategies, for 3 years I’ve been assessing for the European Research Executive Agency the results of projects looking for solutions to the strategic challenges of self-governments in the EU.

My next article was published in the Self-Government journal. It concerns 2nd stage of the reform of the Poland’s development management, which, i.a., is to integrate spatial management with strategic development management.

In my second article in the series “Municipal Strategic Q&A” I talk about the compulsory evaluation of the project of the development strategy of the commune.
