Searching for the best solutions in the strategic governance of urban development, this time I went to Nickey Janse van Rensburg who manages the research and development unit “Process, Energy & Environmental Technology Station” at the University of Johannesburg South Africa. Under her direction and with her authorship, not only the best vehicles for solar batteries are created. This wonderful woman presented me her ultra-modern solutions in self-government surveys of residents by residents using smartphones, sustainable urban transport based on biogas, diffused waste recycling and others.
