Lectures at the University of Zululand on local government in Poland, KwaDlangezwa, South Africa

During my stay at the University Of Zululand in uMmhlathuze, KwaZulu-Natal in South Africa, I gave a.o. a lecture entitled “Territorial self-government and the development of Poland: What can South Africa learn from us?”. It was attended by the employees and students of this university. Questions after the lecture lasted an entire hour. An unforgettable experience!
