At the North-West University in Vanderbijlpark in South Africa, I gave a lecture on “Local Development Governance in Poland: Decentralisation vs. Economy lnnovativeness”. It is the largest university in this country (almost 75,000 students), and the largest part of the auditorium were students active in the academic incubator of entrepreneurship.
