Lectures (with a surprise) on effective local development governance in Poland at the University of Jember, Jember, Indonesia.

At invitation of University of Jember Indonesia (movie about it below), as the keynote speaker at conference devoted to sustainable local development, I delivered lecture entitled: “The successful contemporary local development governance in Poland: Wide decentralization, substantial independence, strategic approach and their impact on economy innovativeness”. Indonesia wants to use the Polish local government’ experience. It’s already 10th country in which I’ll talk about Polish self-government.
