Polkowice is one of the four fastest growing communes in Poland. I am the author of all its development strategies since 2001.

Kleszczów, Polkowice, Karpacz and Warsaw were at the head of the fastest growing Polish municipalities – according to the ranking of the Warsaw University of Technology, Local Self-government Units of Sustainable Development, whose results were announced in the Polish parliament.
Congratulation for this prestigious victory to the authorities and employees of Polkowice commune. As an author of 4. consecutive local development strategies of this commune (years 2001, 2007, 2010, 2015 – see reference letters), and few other development plans, I’m proud to be part of it!
