2 days of training on strategic governance of the city’s development for the authorities and the top management of Mikołów City

The number of Polish authorities who want to strategically govern their cities is growing. The head of the village, the mayor or city president and councilors, however, are not enough – even when they are well prepared. They must have a well-prepared team of CEOs, heads, directors, presidents and other municipal managers. Only then strategic success is possible.
