On decentralization at SP Jain School of Global Management, Dubai, United Arab Emirates

My lecture in Dubai at the SP Jain School of Global Management Dubai Campus was devoted to the importance of decentralization for local development strategic governance that meets contemporary social, environmental and economic challenges. The structure of the authorities of the United Arab Emirates is different than in Poland, but also includes local authorities. They carefully monitor how the local governments of other countries, including Poland, are doing, and effective solutions are adapted and implemented with success. There were many questions from students, as the above-mentioned university educates future leaders, including public ones. It has campuses in Mumbai, Dubai, Singapore and Sydney and its Global MBA is #12 in the world by Forbes
