Training on strategy for the authorities and management of the City of Glowno – the birthplace of Citroën

I conduct each training for the authorities on strategic management in a different way. Of course, I always discuss regulations, methods and good practices, but when it comes to discussing the goals of a given commune’s development, it follows a unique path. This brings the best results, and I learn something new from the trained authorities – especially their experiences that I can pass on.
