There are people to whom you should go even to the other end of the world. Undoubtedly, they include Professor Isidoro Felcman, Director of the Public Administration Research Center at the University of Buenos Aires. He is an outstanding specialist in public strategic governance – author of well-known books (e.g. Strategic Planning, ERREPAR 2013) as well as urban, corporate and state development strategies. He manages / managed the implementation of Argentine Agrifood Strategic Plan, National Strategic Insurance Plan, and even the Modernization Program of the Chamber of Deputies of the Nation.
