“Can you conduct such a training on the local development strategy 🎯 of the commune that will motivate ALL employees of the City Hall 🏫 to participate in its creation? Such training, after which everyone will understand its great importance, know how to build and implement it, know their roles in it and, above all, to want to do it, now.” Hmm … yes, it’s a great idea, I will gladly do it – I replied 🙂 Thank you, Mayor Robert Maciaszek for this challenge.
