Today I teach strategic governance to the authorities and top public management of the City of Działdowo. Yesterday I was talking about how to build a good local development strategy – accurate, effective and efficient. Today I will explain how to implement it in reality. We will also practice creating ideas for the innovative inclusion of the city into the global economy. BTW: The Działdowo City Hall is located in a Gothic Teutonic castle from the 14th century. There is an atmosphere, and what’s more, you can visit it!
