Lectures at CIM The Cyprus Business School on Polish communes facing the effects of the pandemic and war in Ukraine, Limassol, Cyprus

In Limassol, Cyprus, I gave lectures to DBA students of the CIM The Cyprus Business School and The University of West London. This country is currently reforming its communes to meet the challenges of today, and it is a hot topic here right now. Therefore, I talked about the strategies of Polish communes facing the effects of the pandemic and Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. We talked about 2.5 million refugees, reorientation of the energy transformation, changing global supply chains, decentralization of security policy, balancing digitization, the continuation of foreign direct investments, new health policy, as well as what is now most important for Poland, Cyprus and the European Union. My students were students of the Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) program, and thus gaining managerial qualifications broader than the MBA. I had a great time working with them!
