From Singapore to learn on development strategies of Polish communes

This is Liuyang He, a PhD student at the National University of Singapore. She won a grant of NAWA – Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange to come to me for a month-long internship at the Wroclaw University of Economics and Business. She is interested in how Polish communes create and implement local development strategies and in Polish new regulations on these strategies.
