He came from Brazil to learn on development strategies of Polish communes

This is João Paulo Moreira Silva, PhD student from the world’s largest Catholic university, The Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais, Belo Horizonte, Brazil. He also coordinates the work of The Research Center in Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Territorial Development. He won a grant of NAWA – Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange to come to me for a month-long internship at the Wroclaw University of Economics and Business. He studies the strategies of Polish communes and compares them to Brazilian ones. He became interested in the Wrocław Development Strategy, but he is also devoted to small town development concepts. He gives lectures, he does surveys, and he keeps asking and asking about everything. Moreover, he became addicted to dumplings 🙂 A wonderful, young, very intelligent and ambitious man. He will definitely go far. I recommend him!
