This time I lectured in Malaysia, at Universiti Malaya in Kuala Lumpur. My open lecture on local government and state authorities in Poland was supposed to last an hour and a half, but it ran for three hours, because there were so many questions and so much discussion with the students.

Recently, I lectured at National Taiwan University on Polish public strategies. While talking with professors and students and visiting state-of-the-art laboratories, I also learned about Taiwanese strategies.

While recently lecturing at The University of Madeira on development strategies for Polish municipalities, I said that many of them are eager to grow tourism. The students replied that on their island that’s no longer the case everywhere and that most of them feel quite the opposite.
