Lecture on 90’s self-government’ reforms and strategic governance at The University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, Paris, France

My lecture at the Sorbonne concerned our 90’s self-government’ reforms, their impact on Poland’s development and contemporary strategic governance of development of our communes. Students asked about the involvement of our society in self-governance, protection of competition in the markets where municipal companies operate and about the importance of EU assistance for self-governments. Two hours passed in no time. The turnout was high, despite the fact that due to the strike public transport was not working for the second week… Thank you!
