I train authorities – When the law inspires to improve (individual training for the Presidium of the Świdnica Council)

I usually conduct training on development strategies and strategic management for groups of several dozen authorities and management of a given commune/city. This time, however, was different. I spent two afternoons with three wonderful councilors of Świdnica City, Jan Dzięcielski President of the City Council, Lech Bokszczanin Vice-President and Rafał Fasuga Vice-President, training them individually in the form of questions, answers and discussion. We had a great job – thank you! It’s fascinating how the new Polish law on strategies develops the interest of local government officials in strategic governance of the development of their communes/cities.
